Daniel is a former gang member who also spent the best part of his youth incarcerated.  His life a litany of experiences that overlap with the indicators that dictate a life of crime and violence.  Alongside Ty he worked on the front lines combatting gang crime and violence and in particular focusing on prevention of county lines.  Daniel uses his unique insights from his background to prevent other young people living the life he has. 

Initiated into a Gang at age 16, Tyrone was given a life sentence.  Having spent 13 years incarcerated, he dedicated his life to breaking the cycle of crime and gangs. Working on the front lines of the county lines pandemic he tirelessly worked to steer young people away from the mistakes that had stripped him of a decade of his life.  He founded dreams to reality due to the gap between services and opportunities knowing he could make more impact by creating a bespoke program modelled around his experience.   

Often referred to as our fairy godfather Eric comes from a social Housing and investment background. His constant guidance keeps us rowing in the right direction, often cajolling us and ensuring that we are able to navigate the complexities of the sector.
